I was going to do this big long post about the reinvention of Coach: how I hated the long term habit of label whoring that coach seemed to lead, how Coach appealed to only the most basic levels of self-coined fashionistas looking for a designer purse at their local outlet mall. How the rebranding was working on me already, despite the heavy-handed references to more established fashion houses and how dated some of the looks were. I couldn't do it. I tried, and I tried. I felt like too much of an asshole. The first collection by Vevers for Coach was cute and it established the goal it was set to do. I already look at Coach in a new light. The polyester fur coats were adorable with the miniskirts and metallic bags. Already I got the flared pants I've been wishing for, thinking I wouldn't see them until London, if at all. The casting was pretty phenomenal. It's not going to be in my top ten shows of the month but I certainly will consider going into a Coach store in the near future.

Julia Hafstrom. Orange-on-orange and the adorable handbag that I will keep an eye out for. |
Malaika Firth. I am in love with that vest and the colour of that miniskirt. |
Alexandra Elizabeth. Flared pants! That jacket is pretty cute too. |
Harleth Kuusik. Flared pants yet again, and the shirt is pretty cute. |
Issa Lish. So fresh and so clean. |

Julia Bergshoeff. Just a really cute cartoon-printed sheer dress with the white top and pants underneath. The slides are pretty cute too. |
